Booking Information & Policies

Please review all booking policies before scheduling your service. By booking with Postura Aligné / Aligné Recovery Lab, you agree to the terms below. These policies protect both you and our business and ensure a smooth, professional experience.

📌 Booking Requirements

  • Total Fitness Services:
    If you select a Total Fitness Member Service, you MUST be an active, verified member of Total Fitness. Membership will be checked upon arrival.

  • Recovery Services Location:
    All standard Recovery Lab sessions are performed in Stuart, VA.
    The exact address will be sent 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Mobile Services:
    Clients may add mobile service at the time of booking for an additional travel fee.
    Clients choosing mobile service must:

    • Provide a clean, open space large enough for the treatment table

    • Secure all pets

    • Be present and ready at the appointment time

  • ⏱ Arrival & Late Policy

  • For mobile appointments, your provider will wait 5 minutes upon arrival.
    If you are not home, not available, or not ready within those 5 minutes, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and payment will be forfeited.

  • For in-studio appointments, arriving late may reduce your service time.

❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect our schedule and other clients:

  • Cancellations require 24-hour notice.

  • Cancellations made under 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the service total.

  • All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once with proper notice.

💳 Payment Policy

  • Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

  • Accepted payment methods:
    Cash, Zelle, or Debit Card

  • Prices may vary based on service type, location, and travel distance.

⚕️ Health & Safety

  • If you are sick, running a fever, or experiencing any contagious symptoms, please reschedule.

  • Some medical or post-operative conditions may require provider clearance before treatment.

To ensure the best experience:

  • Hydrate before and after your session

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing

  • For mobile services, have a clean, open space ready

  • Be available and prepared at your scheduled time

  • Waivers, intake forms, or pre-session instructions may be sent before your appointment

📩 Communication

You will receive:

  • A confirmation email after booking

  • A reminder 24 hours prior

  • The studio address (if applicable) the day before service
