Join us every Monday at the Spencer Penn Centre for a women-only Phylaties class led by Melodie Ferguson, Pelvic Floor Therapist. Phylaties blends Pilates, pelvic floor strengthening, and therapeutic movement to help improve posture, build core strength, and support total body wellness. This beginner-friendly, low-impact class welcomes all fitness levels and creates a supportive space for women to move, strengthen, and reconnect with their bodies.

“WHAT REALLY STANDS OUT TO ME IS HOW MELODIE BREAKS DOWN EACH EXERCISE AND NOT JUST HOW TO DO IT, BUT WHAT MUSCLE GROUPS ARE INVOLVED AND HOW IT CONNECTS TO REAL-LIFE MOVEMENT. IT MAKES EVERYTHING FEEL PURPOSEFUL, WHICH KEEPS ME MORE MOTIVATED AND AWARE. I’VE DONE PELVIC FLOOR THERAPY IN A CLINICAL SETTING BEFORE, BUT THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.
