Nutrition information is everywhere, but how do you know what’s actually true, who is qualified to give nutrition advice, and which information you can trust?
Join Ebony, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Intern, at Phylaté Studio for an approachable and informative workshop designed to help you become a more confident and informed consumer of nutrition information. We’re cutting through the noise, breaking down credentials, and talking about what evidence-based nutrition really means in a world filled with wellness trends, social media advice, and conflicting information.
During this workshop, we’ll explore the difference between a dietitian and the general use of the term “nutritionist,” the different specialties within dietetics, how to find and verify a qualified nutrition professional, when working with a dietitian may be beneficial, and how to recognize credible nutrition information while navigating misinformation online.
This workshop isn’t about giving you another list of foods you “should” or “shouldn’t” eat. It’s about giving you the tools to ask better questions, evaluate the information you encounter, and make more informed decisions about your nutrition and wellness.
Whether you’ve ever wondered who to trust for nutrition advice, felt overwhelmed by conflicting information online, or simply want to understand nutrition from a more evidence-based perspective, this workshop is for you.
Unlimited Phylaté Members: Complimentary
Community Registration: $15
Space is limited and registration is required for all attendees, including Unlimited Members. Active Unlimited Phylaté Members will receive a private code for complimentary registration.
Come curious. Leave better equipped to separate nutrition fact from fiction.
