Phylaties is a one-of-a-kind practice that blends the mindful movement of Pilates, the restorative power of pelvic floor training, and the functional benefits of therapeutic strength work—all in one transformative session. Each class is designed to help you improve posture, build core stability, release tension, and strengthen your body from the inside out.
Through guided, low-impact movements, you’ll connect breath with strength, unlock mobility, and experience a deeper awareness of your body’s alignment. Whether you’re looking to tone, recover, or simply move with more ease, Phylaties offers a safe and effective workout you can do right from the comfort of your home via Zoom.
No equipment is required—just your mat, your body, and an open mind to move with intention. To further intensify your workout, you’re welcome to incorporate light dumbbells (2–5 lbs), hip/booty bands, or hand and ankle weights for an added challenge.
